Join one of Phoenix Radio's most popular presenters, Ebony B, as she introduces her show Red Sky At Night every Wednesday at 9pm. Live in the studio, you can email her requests and comments as she plays many of the most recent metal and hard rock releases, and some old favourites too. She often includes an interview with a band she's seen recently, and there is her weekly gig guide as well.

Tuesday's at 9pm is the time for one of Phoenix Radio's heavier metal shows. Matt Fark introduces some of the tunes that have caught his attention during the week, and also comments on the Sheffield music scene. Matt somtimes does the show on his own, sometimes he has guests with him - you'll have to tune in to find out.
